Review: Satisfied with all the products received, however there was one customised item missing from my parcel which was quite disappointing. I contacted customer service regarding this matter and they insisted that they checked and confirmed everything was packed and advised me to follow up with the courier, even though it is very clear that the package was not tampered with at all and the item was clearly not included. The rest of the customised products I ordered were all very good quality and turned out exactly like the sample images on the app, so I was happy with that part. I also expected that the customised mirrors would come in gift boxes like the pictures displayed in the listing, but they arrived without boxes so now I need to buy separate gift packaging which is an additional cost and inconvenience. It would have been helpful if they stated this in the product description beforehand.Overall, I am still satisfied with the finished products and the delivery time was fast considering
